Medical Photographer
Medical photography is always fascinating to me. I am in awe of some
of the procedures and equipment used, but always find it a stimulating
and rewarding experience. I have an interest in things medical, and can
communicate efficiently with both medical staff and patients. I am not
squeamish, and have a good friendly ‘beside manner’. Medical
photography requires a high level of competence, as it is often not possible
to retake a shot. In an operating theatre or other area where patents
are part of the shoot I know that I am but a small part of a highly skilled
team, and while my job is to take professional images that will support
your project, my role in this environment is always secondary. Other
aspects of medical photography are not too different to industrial or
technological shoots, in that there is usually a very efficient and costly
system in place, and my photography must cause minimum disruption, yet
still produce high quality professional images. My portfolio of work includes projects for a large and diverse group
of clients including large corporations, builders and architects, manufacturers,
hotels and caterers, tourism boards, advertising and design agencies.
I am highly experienced in all aspects of professional photography, having
produced work for use in leaflets, brochures, corporate literature, web
sites, billboards, magazines, mail order catalogues, sites, press releases,
marketing literature, and product packaging.
I will travel anywhere in Europe for a project. |
